On January 31, 2020 was held annual meeting of members of the Public Association "Community of Pulse Producers and Consumers of Ukraine".
An agenda was the President's report about the activity of the Pulse Association in 2019 and the approval of the 2020 activity plan.
The members of the Association noted the importance of the Pulse Association in 2019 - opening new markets by attracting buyers of Ukrainian pulses during participation in many international exhibitions, conferences, congresses and annual international conferences on the pulse market in Ukraine.
Members of the Pulse Association of Ukraine decided that the priority direction for the community for 2020 and subsequent years is increasing the production of crops such as chickpeas, green lentils, red lentils, mung bean, and targeted activities to consolidate Ukrainian pulses on the world market.
The following committees will be created within the community to achieve these goals:
- Export Promotion Committee.
- Seed Committee.
- Trade Committee.
- Plant Protection Committee.
- Development and Investment Committee.
