On February 19-20, the First National Agrarian Conference "One Million Hectares" was held in Lviv. On which we - "Community of Pulses Producers and Customers of Ukraine" made a presentation on "High-protein crops in Ukraine".
The event was organized by the APK-Inform: Vegetables and Fruits Project and the Sumy National Agrarian University in partnership with the Food and Agriculture Organization of the United Nations (FAO), the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Department of the Agro-Industrial Complex of the Lviv Regional State Administration and the Ukrainian Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs "Shuvar". The event caused a real stir among representatives of various areas of the agrarian business. This is confirmed by an unprecedented number of participants.
On the second day of the conference, a practical business tour took place in the leading farms of the Lviv region, as well as the largest wholesale market of agricultural products in Ukraine - Shuvar. According to “APK-Inform: Vegetables and Fruits”, over 440 delegates took part in the conference.
