What You’ll See
The Arbel (AGT Group) complex in Mersin covers the complete processing chain: cleaning, dehulling, sifting, splitting, color sorting, and calibrating red and green lentils, chickpeas, and beans.
Participants will witness the production of chickpea and lentil pasta — an innovative, high-value product rapidly gaining global market share.
The Arbel structure also includes one of the world’s largest bulgur, couscous, and semolina manufacturing plants.
