The Ministry of Economy, Environment and Agriculture of Ukraine has officially endorsed AgroFoodSummit 2025, which will take place on November 19–21 in Mersin, Turkey.
The event is organized by the Ukraine Pulse and Soybean Association (UPSA) together with APK-Inform Agency. The support from the Ministry confirms that the summit holds strategic importance for the future of global food security.
Food is one of the key issues for the entire world today. The stability of grain, oilseed, and pulse markets determines the economies of nations, food prices, and millions of jobs. Logistics, in turn, defines whether consumers receive products on time and at competitive prices.
That is why more than 500 participants from different continents will gather in Mersin to discuss global and regional trends in grain, oilseed, and pulse markets, the challenges and prospects of logistics in turbulent supply chains, as well as opportunities for creating new trade alliances and concluding direct contracts.
Turkey is among the largest players in the global agricultural market: its annual exports amount to 31.4 billion USD, while imports reach about 22.7 billion USD. Mersin serves as a logistics hub where routes between the USA, EU, Middle East, Asia, and South America intersect.
AgroFoodSummit 2025 is an international platform dedicated to discussions about the future of global food security.
