November 17, 2016 PA "Community of Pulse Producers and Customers of Ukraine" organized and held an International Conference "Pulses. Focusing on Maximum Efficiency."
This conference was held with the support of the Ministry of Agrarian Policy and Food of Ukraine, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the International Grain and Feeds Association (GAFTA), was called and became an important and large-scale event in the development of the pulse sector of the agrarian sector of Ukraine.
The conference was an effective discussion platform, which brings together government, farmers and trade companies, the elite of the Agrarian Science of Ukraine, representatives of such international organizations-FAO, World Confederation of Pulses, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, leading domestic and foreign breeding institutes, experts from Canada, Israel, India and Pakistan for the sole purpose: Ukraine, after all, is still a pulse country!
The conference highlighted the main topics: "Global demand and potential of the country on the Pulse market", "Strategy of the Pulse market. From a small farmer to a large farm", "The Role of Pulses in the product diversification of crop production", “The Specifics of agro-technologies of Pulse cultivation", "The Direction of Pulse marketing. Market demand and structural features", " Pulses - the identity of logistics ", "Principles of the legal institution of the cultivation and sale of certain types of Pulses", "Useful properties of Pulse crops as a basis of the health of the nation" and many others.
Participation received by more than 220 delegates from various sectors of the agrarian branch from different countries of the world.
